Kasumi meaning "mist" takes its name from the smoky and nutty tasting profile of this matcha where the strong Yame tea leaves are roasted at a higher temperature. 

Its nuttier warmth and subtle smokiness give it a grounded, almost toasty depth that doesn’t get lost in a latte. Drunk as usucha, those same notes soften but stay present, unfolding as a rich, earthy greenness with a gentle, lingering smokiness that feels both comforting and bold. Ideal for matcha latte

The Hana Blend is a premium matcha picked from the virgin leaves of shade-grown tea trees during the first harvest of spring. It is stone-milled using traditional methods in Uji, Kyoto the birthplace of matcha.

This is our favourite matcha for a ritual. A slow morning whisk or an afternoon reset, Hana Blend creates a pause a moment of calm before the day moves on.
HOW KASUMI WAS MADE

Kasumi is made in small batches with deep care in Yame in the south of Japan. Farmers put great care and attention to detail into developing this matcha.
