What is the refund policy for returned items?

Once we receive the returned item, we'll process a refund to your original payment method.

How can I request an exchange for my purchase?

To start the return or exchange process, please contact us on hello@harumatcha.co.uk. If the product is undamaged, then you are welcome to return it, however you will need to pay for the shipping cost on return.

Is there a minimum order amount for online purchases?

No minimum order amount! Whether you're stocking up or selecting a single bottle, we're delighted to fulfill your order with the same care and attention.

When will I receive my matcha?

You can expect to receive the matcha within 2-5 working days if you have ordered within the UK. If you are within the EU then delivery time is approximately 1 week.
