How can I request an exchange for my purchase?

To start a return, please email us at hello@harumatcha.co.uk with: Your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Is there a minimum order amount for online purchases?

No minimum order amount! Whether you're stocking up or selecting a single bottle, we're delighted to fulfill your order with the same care and attention.

When will I receive my matcha?

You can expect to receive the matcha within 2-5 working days if you have ordered within the UK. If you are within the EU then delivery time is approximately 1 week.
