The Hana blend is ceremonial grade matcha hand-picked from the virgin leaves of shade-grown tea-trees during the first harvest of spring. It is produced by the traditional stone mill and is from the birthplace of matcha - Uji, Kyoto.

Affordable, and great quality!

I got this as as a gift and is my first matcha powder I've ever had to make at home. The powder is fresh, green, and roasty. Didn't taste bad even when I first started making matcha as a newbie. Now I've mastered my matcha skills and my homemade matcha lattes taste incredible with this powder plus a scoop of honey. Highly recommend!

A matcha I will buy again and again

I have purchased many matcha over the years but this one will definitely be a repeat purchase! The matcha is not only a lovely bright green when you open the packet but the matcha itself makes a smooth non bitter tasting matcha that you can enjoy with or without milk. Exceptional quality with a reasonable price tag ! Definitely recommend.

The matcha is so lovely. It has bright green colour just like how matcha is supposed to be. The taste is so umami.
